What is this community?

It’s a free online space co-founded by Glial Organizational Solutions and Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, built around daily 30-minute classes that help you bring more calm, focus, and connection to your workday. Sessions are interactive and practice-based, so you’re not just listening—you’re participating.

How much does it cost?

Membership is completely free. There’s no catch and no hidden tiers—just join and start attending classes.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

Topics rotate across four main areas: mindfulness practices, gentle desk-friendly movement, conflict resolution and communication skills, and applying these techniques in real-world workplace settings. Some classes are discussion-based, others are guided embodied practice, and many blend both.

How long are the classes?

Each session runs about 30 minutes—short enough to fit into a lunch break or a gap between meetings, long enough to actually practice something and walk away with it.

Are the classes appropriate to do at work?

Yes, that’s the whole point. Everything is designed to be workplace-appropriate, including the movement, which is gentle and doesn’t require changing clothes or special equipment. You can participate from your desk.

Do I need any experience with mindfulness or these practices?

Not at all. Classes welcome complete beginners as well as people who already have a practice. You can show up exactly as you are.

Do I need to attend every day or commit to a schedule?

No. Come to whatever classes fit your day and your interests. There’s no attendance requirement and no pressure to keep a streak.

What do I need to participate?

Just an internet connection and a quiet-ish spot where you feel comfortable. Since classes are interactive, joining in with video or voice enriches the experience, but how you engage is up to you.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to feel steadier, more present, and better equipped to handle the interpersonal side of work—whether you’re an individual contributor, a manager, or somewhere in between.

How do I join?

Sign up for free membership and you’ll get access to the class schedule. Pick a session and jump in.
