Acceptance of terms
The services that Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, Inc., dba. Peaceful Leaders Academy (“PLA”) provides are subject to the following our Coaching Terms and Conditions (“TAC”). PLA reserves the right to update the TAC at any time without notice to you. The most current TAC can be reviewed on this page.
Description of services
PLA provides you with access to a variety of resources, including virtual coaching (“Services”). These Services, including any update and additions, are subject to the TAC.
Your Willingness & Conduct
By engaging with PLA in any of our Services, including participating alongside coworkers and colleagues, you are intending to participate and communicate in good faith, which means being honest, respectful, present, and as forthcoming as you feel is appropriate at any given point. You are open to engaging in dialogues to discuss your and your coworkers’ experiences, including listening to others’ perspectives and being open about your experiences, with the intention of creating solutions to move forward productively in your work relationships.
The Extent of Our Services
PLA coaches and consultants may discuss emotional issues, legal issues, or financial issues that might also be addressed by a licensed psychotherapist, attorney, or accountant, respectively; however, PLA coaches and consultants are not acting as licensed psychotherapists, attorneys, financial advisors, or accountants.
While your coach may offer advice or guidance on a matter, you acknowledge that all decisions made by you, even those subsequent to PLA’s services, are of your own will and volition. You understand that PLA and its coaches and consultants are not liable, legally or otherwise, for any results, consequences, or life outcomes that arise as a result of your choices or of PLA’s services.
Confidentiality
Both you and your PLA coach or consultant agree not to disclose any conduct, statements, writings, outcomes, or opinions related to or made in connection with our work together to any other person or in the media, unless you and PLA explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
If, in the rare instance, the coach or consultant has information that indicates that a child, an elderly person, or a person with a disability is being abused, or that you are at an imminent risk of violence toward yourself or another person, PLA must take appropriate actions and may break confidentiality.
Some of PLA’s coaching sessions are conducted in a group format. If you should agree to attend a group session, you commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information communicated to you by other group participants

PLA does not warrant the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services available on this website. In no event will PLA be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, or other damages for any use of or reliance upon the information found at this website, or on any linked website, including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if PLA expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once a purchase is made, there are no refunds. If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us at support@peacefulleadersacademy.com, and we can issue you a credit for future use toward another product or course. If you subscribed to a recurring charge or program and you wish to cancel, it is your responsibility to email us notice of cancellation prior to your next charge, as there are no refunds once subscription charges are incurred without prior notification of cancellation.
Software use
Use of the Software provided on this site is governed by the terms of the user agreement which accompanies the Software. An end user will not be able to install or use any Software unless he or she first agrees to the terms of the agreement.
Privacy and protection of personal information

Customer account, password, and security
Customer account numbers and passwords will be provided by PLA. You are entirely responsible for the confidentiality of your account number and password. Furthermore, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify PLA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach in security. PLA will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account number or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account number at any time.
Unlawful or prohibited use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any PLA server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

From time to time, we may provide links to external websites. These links will let you leave the site. These linked sites are not under the control of PLA. PLA is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. PLA is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PLA of the site.
Confidential information
You authorize PLA to collect from you and any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of the site, and you hereby authorize any party to provide us with such information.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PLA and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorney’s fees—related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.
